Bruce has experience representing a wide range of clientele, from first-time buyers and sellers, to institutions and high-net-worth investors. As a result, he has developed ability to perform many different roles. From salesperson, to analyst, advisor, consultant, negotiator and marketing specialist, he will adapt to provide his clients the support and skills they need. Above all, Bruce delivers a detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

 
 

EXPERIENCE

For past +16 years, Bruce has been helping investors to lease, buy, and sell commercial assets throughout state of North Carolina. He has worked as an analyst on buy-side for prominent Southeastern investment firm. There, Bruce honed his skills preparing detailed market analyses, proformas, and asset valuations. Bruce has his MBA from Duke University and his BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
